CONCIERGE SERVICES

CONCIERGE SERVICES is the complete workspace and resource booking software for Microsoft Outlook. The system eliminates the risk of double bookings and makes the entire meeting planning and the booking of meeting rooms, desks, parking spaces, and other resources easy. CONCIERGE SERVICES also contains visitor management, digital signage and integration to the ERP-application.
 

BUSINESSMAIL

BUSINESSMAIL is a messaging collaboration system for Microsoft Outlook. The system separates the business email and the personal email making it possible to share all business related email between employees. Incoming emails are automatically delegated to the relevant employees by using keywords and all emails can be found extremely fast via a special search functionality.

ACTIVESIGNATURE

ACTIVESIGNATURE is an email signature management tool. The system centralizes the management of the employees' email signatures. Employee information is collected from for instance Microsoft Active Directory. ACTIVESIGNATURE ensures that all email signatures are similar, look professional and keep up with the graphical guidelines. The signature templates are defined from the administration tool in Microsoft Outlook and they can contain for instance logo, news and banner ads.
 

PRIMETIMER

PRIMETIMER is the solution where planning and time registration are integrated in the same system: Microsoft Outlook. PRIMETIMER enables the employees to register time/hours directly in Microsoft Outlook and state whether the time is valid for passing on invoices to clients. The system provides a complete overview of time spent on different projects and it is possible to integrate to a financial application.
