The solution consists of a button in the button panel in Microsoft Outlook that says"Submit Spam". Pressing the button makes the solution to save the selected emails as a .msg file and then forwards each .msg file into a central spam office. Topic/subject of the forwarded spam e-mails can be defined by the customer. After successful forwarding of the selected emails the email is removed from the Microsoft Outlook folder. With PA addresses, this is done by a normal deletion, by BA addresses it is done by a "Purge" operation, as supported by the client's email system.

Before forwarding the emails, the solution promps the user whether the user really wants to transmit the selected emails as spam, so that the user can undo the operation if the button "Submit Spam" is accidentally pressed. Once a user has forwarded an email as spam, the sender of the email will be caught in the customer's spam filter in the future.
