The PowerPoint library from which users can select their PowerPoint slides, is administered by one or more administrators, who uploads and maintains the PowerPoint slides. The administrators can assign keywords and categories for each presentation. Users can easily search for presentations based on these categories and keywords and can search for specific slides such as slide title, category and/or keywords.

Following the implementation of the web-based PowerPoint library, it has become incredibly easy for the employees of Janssen-Cilag to put together their own PowerPoint presentations, and the company ensures that all PowerPoint presentations used, are similar and consistent with organizational standards.
