CONCIERGE SERVICES AT THE LEGO GROUP
The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark has 3,000 employees spread over 7 locations which include 4 canteens and 167 meeting rooms.
Historically, the LEGO Group had unsuitable and resource-heavy processes with regards to the booking of meeting rooms and services. The LEGO Group was marked by manual processes and unnecessary paper work with many errors. It was necessary to find a system that was able to optimize the processes when booking meeting rooms and services. The LEGO Group therefore chose CONCIERGE SERVICES.

Visiosign is our new business partner. Visiosign's Infoboard is a unique display system that complements CONCIERGE DISPLAY very well. The Infoboard system is a smart way of distributing important information to customers, employees and partners through monitors. Visiosign has offices in Denmark, Sweden and United Kingdom and we are working close together with them on these markets.Visiosign is also reselling CONCIERGE DISPLAY

| | UNIQUE TIME REGISTRATION SOFTWARE
Now, you can register time directly from the Microsoft Outlook calendar. With PRIMETIMER it is possible to record the time spent and also make the time spent billable.
| | | | EMAIL SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT
ACTIVESIGNATURE manages the employees' email signatures centrally. The software ensures that all email signatures look alike on both normal Microsoft Outlook clients and Web Access. User data is collected from Active Directory.

MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 32-BIT OR 64-BIT?
We are aware of that there is a general consideration in the market about running Microsoft Office 2010 in a 64-bit version instead of in a 32-bit version.
In that connection we would like to point out that Microsoft recommends to run 32-bit and only recommends running 64-bit in special cases - read more about the recommendation from Microsoft in the link below.
