The first version of CONCIERGE Archiving Tool (CAT) is ready. The Concierge Archiving Tool is used to perform archiving of the Shared Repository folder used in Concierge Services. When archiving the Shared Repository, all items older than a specified date are moved to an archive folder. This means that the number of items in Shared Repository will be minimized thus ensuring optimal performance when using CONCIERGE REPORT module and CONCIERGE RECEPTION.
Since the archived items can be found in an archive folder it will still be possible to generate reporting for statistical purposes on all historical data without negatively impacting the performance of the time critical day-to-day use of the CONCIERGE SERVICES reports and reception module.

A new report generator in CONCIERGE SERVICES makes it possible to print a booking confirmation, receipts, lunch tickets for guests, an overview of own orders in connection with a meeting etc.
It is easy to print a report via a print button in the current Microsoft Outlook appointment. In that way you get a quick overview of what you have ordered.
The component comes with a standard filter, where the print button only will be visible in connection with an order. It is possible to configure when the print button should be visible.

A module for CONCIERGE SERVICES makes it possible for the employees to order lunch in the cantina for themselves and their visitors. The module makes it possible for the employees to order lunch in the cantina for the days they need it. The employees only need to make an appointment in their Microsoft Outlook calendar those days they need lunch for themselves and their visitors. When this is done they can easily print a lunch ticket which will perform as ticket for the lunch. The payment for the lunch can automatically get drawn from the employee's wage account or easily be entered on the correct accounts.
