The organization
  • Central management of the organization's email signatures. Both on Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA signatures requires the WEBMAIL module).

The employee

  • The administrator can grant permission to the employees so they can edit selected fields in their email signatures, e.g. job position or name. Changes are saved either on the Microsoft. Outlook client or in Microsoft Active Directory (The AD UPDATE module are required).
The signature
  • Unlimited number of signature templates e.g. in different languages.
  • Different signatures for new e-mails, replies and forwards and Webmail.

  • Different e-mail signatures for different Active Directory groups or organizational units.
  • Insert company logo in the employees' email signatures.
