MODULES FOR ACTIVESIGNATURE

ACTIVESIGNATURE for Microsoft Outlook ensure that the organization's email signatures are professional and keep up with corporate guidelines.

Extend the ACTIVESIGNATURE functionality with Three modules. The module are also described in detail in the left side menu.

ACTIVESIGNATURE WEBMAIL: Ensures the administration of email signatures on Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
ACTIVESIGNATURE AD UPDATE: Allows the employees to change or update selected fields in their e-mail signature, such as job position or name.
ACTIVESIGNATURE OUT OF OFFICE MANAGER: Administer the employees' Out of Office messages centrally.
