With the ACTIVESIGNATURE AD UPDATE module the administrator is able to select which fields in the e-mail signature template that employees are allowed to edit. Furthermore, the administrator can decide if the changes made by the employee are saved locally on the Microsoft Outlook mailbox or in Microsoft Active Directory or another data source.

From "Tools" in the Microsoft Outlook tool bar the employees can edit those fields in the e-mail signature that the administrator has granted access to.
