If you already are using ACTIVESIGNATURE or if you buy OUT OF OFFICE MANAGER along with ACTIVESIGNATURE then the product is priced as a percentage of the total investment in the ACTIVESIGNATURE "basic module".

If you are not using ACTIVESIGNATURE and want to buy OUT OF OFFICE MANAGER as a separate product, then the product costs 3,000 US$ or 2,000 EURO excl. of tax and service agreement. The service agreement is 23 % of the total license investment per year.
