ACTIVESIGNATURE TEMPLATE

The module for ACTIVESIGNATURE allows for easy maintenance of the organization's Microsoft Word templates by automatically merge the users contact information into the Word template. 
ACTIVESIGNATURE TEMPLATE is an add-in for Microsoft Word, using the existing functionality in ACTIVESIGNATURE to collect user information from Active Direktory and paste them into the Word templates.
The add-in in Word will make a menu available to the user, from where the available templates can be selected.
Which templates the user have access to is administered centrally via an administration interface, from where it is decided how the information is to be merged into the various templates.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

  • User data is retrieved from Active Directory and automatically inserted into the Word template.

  • Word templates can also be used off-line.

The module requires Microsoft Office 2007 or a newer version.
Therefore, further development is required for compatibility with previous versions of Microsoft Office.

The ACTIVESIGNATURE TEMPLATE module is priced as a percentage of the total investment in the ACTIVESIGNATURE "basic module". ACTIVESIGNATURE TEMPLATE costs 30 % of the total investment in the ACTIVESIGNATURE "basic module".
