The employees had problems with sharing knowledge and found it difficult to follow email communication and case progress. DS NORDEN started to search for other systems and got in contact with the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group that were using the initial version of BUSINESSMAIL. DS NORDEN liked the basic ideas of the system, and especially the integration with Microsoft Outlook, but there were issues that needed to be resolved.
