The booking software CONCIERGE CATERING makes it easy to order catering and other services directly through the meeting request in Microsoft Outlook. When the meeting request is sent, CONCIERGE CATERING will automatically send an order to the correct service unit/kitchen. Therefore, it is possible to order e.g. catering for a meeting and a table arrangement. After the order is placed, CONCIERGE CATERING will make sure that the kitchen receives the catering order and the service department receives the table arrangement order.
