CONCIERGE RESOURCES is a booking software for Microsoft Outlook that simplifies the booking of resources through the meeting request. The module handles all the resources that the organization wants to make available for booking by the employees. From a resource finder, all meeting and non-meeting related resources are easily booked. Only those resources that fulfill the criteria set up by the user are displayed. CONCIERGE RESOURCES will display those resources, for instance, meeting rooms, cars, parking spaces, hot desks, audiovisual equipment, etc., which are set up on the organization's Microsoft Active Directory. This means that that nothing has to be set up on a separate booking system.
