OTHER PRODUCTS FOR THE MICROSOFT PLATFORMBeside our product suite for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange we have developed a number of other products which can help your organization. Some of the products are modules for either CONCIERGE SERVICES or ACTIVESIGNATURE, but they can be used as stand alone products. E-MAIL SECURITY SYSTEM Send and receive information safely with emails. Digital signatures and encryption in connection with emails ensure that the organization can trust that the information received by email has not been changed. Furthermore all emails sent from the organization cannot be changed by a third party. OUT OF OFFICE MANAGER Administer the employees' Out of Office replies centrally. If an employee forgets to set his Out of Office reply it can be done from a central location. OUT OF OFFFICE MANAGER is a product that is closely related to email signature administration, and the product can therefore, with benefit, be used together with ACTIVESIGNATURE. CONCIERGE BOOKINGCENTER A department with responsibility to meeting rooms or other resources such as cars can assign resources to employees and move other employees' bookings around. All employees will receive an overview over the availability of the resources and they will be able to see who has booked a specific resource. The product is part of the CONCIERGE SERVICES suite, but it can be used without using other CONCIERGE SERVICES modules. |
