Detailed time registration takes time and is demotivating for the staff. Therefore, Fischer & Kerrn has created a solution where the time registration is done directly through Microsoft Outlook and as automatically as possible with minimal effort for each employee.
All time registration takes place from a tab in the employee's appointment in Microsoft Outlook calendar. Thus, an employee simply create an appointment in Microsoft Outlook, which as the subject indicated which customers are visited or what is done in the time interval for the billable time can be recorded and transferred.
With PRIMETIMER employees get a simple, uncluttered and well-known tool to record their time spent, since everything is done through Microsoft Outlook.

Time recording in PRIMETIMER integrates with organization's other systems to retrieve data from - and deliver data to - the most common administrative systems.
