13-07-10 VERSION 2.11.03 RELEASED

Changes compared with version 2.11:
  • Full support for Microsoft Outlook 2010, 32 bit. Microsoft Exchange 2010 is already supported.
  • New functionality added: Weekend rules on items and goods. CONCIERGE SERVICES can now differentiate between work days and weekends. This is relevant for items which have order deadlines, e.g. 12 a clock, 2 days before the meeting. In these cases it is possible to state whether the order deadline on the item should be valid for all days in the week or only on work days.
  • New functionality added: New report functionality which makes it possible to print everything regarding your meeting directly from the appointment in Microsoft Outlook. It is possible to extend the functionality to include more than just orders, room etc. for the meeting. An example could be lunch tickets for the visitors and the employees themselves or a receipt letter to an external booker, i.e. in Word format.
  • New functionality added: The module CONCIERGE RESOURCES now includes the option to insert links to pictures on e.g. the meeting rooms and opportunities for settings in the room.
  • New functionality added: If a meeting room or a resource is occupied CONCIERGE RESOURCES now shows who has booked the resource with name and phone number. This makes it easy to contact the person who has booked the room or resource.
  • New functionlaity added: The special CONCIERGE SERVICES subject field now shows the same as the subject field in the appointment. It is therefore not necessary to fill it out manually and the information is now easily available on reports and digital signs.
  • Fixed bug: Different things have been done to improve the stability. This for instance includes certainty for that all relevant CONCIERGE SERVICES modules always are activated in Microsoft Outlook and an optimization on the how Shared Repository is updated.

10-04-10 VERSION 2.11 RELEASED

Changes compared with version 2.10.03:
  • New functionality added: Support for recurrent appointments with service. It is now possible to create a meeting series with services. If a meetings in the series is canceled or moved the services will automatically follow.
  • New functionality added: Ad hoc creation of services. In cases where the employee forgets to add services for the meeting, the service unit can now create services ad hoc. This ensures that everything is booked correct.

20-08-09 VERSION 2.10.03 RELEASED

Changes compared with version 2.10:
  • New functionality added: Supports several mail boxes for the same service unit. The serviceUnit module now looks into all open mail boxes related to the user and places the orders in the correct calendar.
  • New functionality added: In the case of order updates, only the latest update will be present in the service unit's mail box.
  • New functionality added: If the user performs changes to an existing appointment typically to the date, time or conference room a warning dialog will appear if orders/items have to be removed from the appointment.
  • Fixed bug: Sender name on comments are now collected from Microsoft Outlook to avoid periodically errors from MAPI service which caused a wrong sender name
  • Fixed bug: The service unit's overview of items has been changed to only show the units own items, and not all service unit's items. All items are on the hand showed no matter if these normally are delivered to the conference room

17-04-09 VERSION 2.10 RELEASED

Changes compared with version 2.8.8:
  • more flexible Accountable registration that provides the opportunity for an advanced integration with databases, financial management systems etc. Among other things, user dependent standard values, fold down menus, mutually dependent account dimensions, and advanced validation directly towards e.g. chart of accounts etc. Works through web services.
  • Administrative support of multiple installations within the same Microsoft Exchange Organization.
  • Administrative support of other report formats and indication of standard data foundation for the individual report as an assistance tool to the users.
  • Performance optimization of report generation.
  • Now supports the positioning of basic data, guest registration, and shared information using normal mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook as an alternative to Public Folders.
  • Possible to state that one unit of an item corresponds to a participant number larger than one.
  • Change in item rules for rooms. As opposed to previously, items that are deleted from a room will not be removed from the existing accepted order when the user carries out updates.
  • Warning to the user if one or more items will be deleted in case the user changes meetings so that certain item rules are activated.
  • Supports that user settings follow the user across workstations (roving users).
  • Check of correct calendar settings for users in kitchens and other service units in connection to acceptance/rejection of order requests to ensure a more robust installation.
  • CONCIERGE EXPORT provides easy access to the selection of a data source.  Advantage by e.g. a central function that handles the delivery of data from several service units to a financial management system.

25-11-08 VERSION 2.8.8 RELEASED

Changes compared with version 2.8.7:
  • New functionality added: Forms GUI updated to enhance usability.
  • Synchronization module updated solving problem that delegates may need too many privileges to logon to other user's mailboxes.
  • New functionality added: Daylight saving conversion between UTC and local time is now supported under Windows 2000.

15-10-08 VERSION 2.8.7 RELEASED

Changes compared with version 2.8.6:
  • New functionality added: Automatically accepting orders based on commodities marked for auto accept is now possible.
  • New functionality added: Copied orders will have their items updated with current names and prices.
  • New functionality added: New orders will now inherit account information added for meeting.

  • Name resolve problem for organizers whose display name fail to be unique within the organisation fixed.
  • New functionality added: Corrected time manipulation to correct handle daylight savings.
  • New functionality added: Changed search on user settings.
  • New functionality added: Added F9 simulation when user settings have changed to synchronize changes to the Microsoft Exchange Server in cached mode when online.
  • Fixed bug in the administration module with ## category functionality where values are overwritten when opening an existing item.

  • New functionality added: CONCIERGE RECEPTION now respects the list of internal SMTP domains if set.
  • Fixed bug for some Microsoft Outlook versions where orders were synchronized but changes was not committed.
  • Fixed bug wiht sync problem with Shared Repository when deleting appointments where a guest is registered.
