CONDITIONS FOR SUPPORT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

Fischer & Kerrn's support is for those customers who have signed a service agreement on one of Fischer & Kerrn's products.
With the service agreement you can talk to experts at Fischer & Kerrn in order to tailor your product to your individual needs and get the most out of your product. In addition, the service agreement entitles you to the latest product versions, as soon as they are available, just as free e-mail and phone support also are included in the agreement.

Fischer & Kerrn will notify the customer with new versions or improvements, so the customer always has the latest product version. The notification will happen through the website, www.fischerkerrn.com or by e-mail.

EXAMPLES ON VERSION UPDATES 
  • Correction of errors.
  • Changes and improvements to the product. Changes to the functionality of the product.
  • General improvements/changes to the functionality.
